Welcome to our mountain paradise! We are a small, but quaint, 50+ adult only, year round Campground, situated in the heart of Maggie Valley, North Carolina. At 3,000FT we are located on Jonathan Creek, surrounded by majestic mountains and pure fresh air.
We offer large campground amenities, with stays of 3 months, 6 months, or on a yearly basis. No nightly or weekly stays which allow us to provide a relaxing and restful environment without the noise of ins and outs.
Across the street is Maggie Valley Town Hall and Library. The Maggie Valley Festival Grounds are within walking distance as are 7 different restaurants including the famous "Joey's Pancake House".

RATES
12 Month (Yearly) - $600 - $700/per month
6 Months, May to October - $750 - $850/per month
3 or 6 Months, November to April - $650/per month - Winter Months Only
A Deposit of $700 is required to reserve a site.
Electricity is billed and payable monthly and is additional on all site rentals.
Full Payment is required upon arrival, except for yearly guests who may pay monthly.
Sites # 1, 8, 9, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 29 and 32 are premium sites and additional fees apply.
Rates are based on two people per site/unit; additional guests are $5/per night.
One vehicle per site, extra vehicles or trailer - $35/per month or $2/per day based on availability.
Use of personal washing machine in your unit is $10/per month.
Maximum of 2 friendly pets per site, under 35lbs each
